I've taken the pills, they DON'T work, however, I grow plants of several kinds to help with things, and get great results. I'm interested in growing St John's wort to see if fresh plant matter or extract may do better than the marketed health supplements.
So far smoking Passion Flower and eating the Passion fruit they produce have been great help for the ADHD.
I have those huge passion vines growing all over the place now! Beautiful purple flowers smell so good and attract so much wildlife, also great for ADHD, taking care of the plants, and watching the wildlife that comes to the plant is great peace of mind.
Also Salvia Divornum, I can smoke some occasionally to step out of the norm, and get a reset of mind before continuing on my life's journey.
NOW, I'm curious to try growing the St Johns wort, and seeing what it can do. The yellow flowers are pretty, so they'd also make a good herbal Landscape.
