Adderall and Migraines | ADHD Information

Ok, I've been on Adderall XR for only 4 days and starting today, I got a really bad migraine that's pretty much lasted the whole day.  I am never one for migraines and if this is how it's always going to be on Adderall, I don't think we're going to get along.  I got on it for focus/attention issues and with the migraine I can barely think.  I also have patience problems with my 20 month old son and the adderall isn't helping that either because I've been really moody, too.  Does this stuff go away with time??  Should I keep taking the Adderall or quit?  Anyone else have these problems?  Thanks!
