How do you guys handle stressfull situations. A task needs to be finished asap if not there will be a penalty.
Somebody screaming towards you and only 20 seconds for you to explain your portion.
I was able to handle similar situations up to 2 years ago ( I am now 31) , but I literally shut off when similar things happen. I forget everything I know at the moment that would help me handle the situation.
Sounds like you have anxiety as a result of that particular time. I struggle to properly handle stress. My only suggestion to you is try to stay calm and do the best you can. That's all you can do.
That's not a good answer, I know. For me, I've found that it's better to accept what I'm not very good at with dignity than worry and wonder why I'm not like everyone else.

I am the same way, procrastinate - push off things that have a dead line, when the pressure is on, I just shut down.
It takes a lot of effort to put in 120% the following day to get in the right frame of mind that I am going to do this and additional things.
Somedays I can move mountains, then other days (more often then I want) I let everything just slide.
If the person screaming at you is the same one who expects great things from you in 20 seconds, just look at them and say nothing. When they shut up, tell them you had the answer but their screaming plumb drove it right out of your head!
I can't stand being put on the spot and have never been able to figure out a way to think clearly and speak coherently when someone dumps stress like that on my head! I wish I could help, but if you find the answer, please let me in on it!
