ANY1 IN UK | ADHD Information

Hi Cheekydeeky thanks for replying to my post that I haven written. I am having trouble finding people ib my country most of people with ADHD are in the USA or miles away from where I am. I do have ADHD but not know many others that I can talk too

It must be very difficult for you. It probably feels very lonely. Have you tried talking to a psychologist? Are you still in school? Have you tried talking to an adviser about this?

I'm not from the UK but it looks like you really need some advice and no one has replied. I've been told that ADHD is not recognized as a disorder in adults in the UK. Am I wrong? That may be why you're struggling to get help. In any case, we're here for you.
