No generic Concerta? | ADHD Information

It contains Methlyphenidate, and that is what ritalin is. I haven't heard of a generic form of it, but what I do is have the pharmacy give me maybe 14 pills at a time so I only pay a fraction of the entire cost at a time. I still pay the full price all together, but it is much easier to budget!from what i know concerta is a form of ritalin but i don't think exactly ritalin.and there is no generic of it yet.

Just looking for confirmation that Concerta is extended-release ritalin and that there is no generic Concerta.
