Adderall XR - Chest burning sensation
Hi all - just wondering if anyone else has experienced any chest warming/burning type feeling in the middle of my chest. No pressure or fast heartrate, just a feeling like I put BenGay on my skin. Taking anywhere between 10 - 20mg Adderall daily.
Anyone else? I dont think its heartburn but who knows.. I know these meds can cause some gastrointestinal issues.

i've never had any chestburning issues. i do however feel as though i'm having hot flashes sometimes. i used to never sweat and now i feel if i even do some cleaning around the house i can't wear anything cumbersome or long sleeved. and forget wearing jeans in texas even though we have killer air conditioning. i am wearing tons of skirts this summer b/c i get to overheated now. i used to always be cold. now i'm running hot. i also take wellbutrin though..300mg. i think both of them make you run hot. you should probably speak to your doc about this symptom though..or at the very least contact your pharmacist..and make sure you're not having a bad side effect... sumi |
I've heard that you can get hives or a rash from Adderall. Since being on Adderall; I have a little patch behind both knees that feels like a sunburn. Wierd
If it is internal burning; I wonder if you might have a hiatus hernia. My meds do flare that up a bit. Not the same as heartburn though
