Best book for ADD | ADHD Information

An ADD Coach who is heavily involved in community based services like a support group here in town mentioned Driven to Distraction, I've only read (scanned) one of Gabor Mate's books, he's also a local. I've seen threads though where people talk about books so u should go on one of those.  

There are allot out there,

                If you had a real close friend, who knew nothing about ADD and just comming to terms with it, what would be the one book you would guess they would get the most help from and recommend they read.

               One that was easy to understand, helpful and you felt helped you the most?
