Does anyone here experience what they call restless leg syndrom? I do not really enjoy going to the movies because my legs feel restless and I feel the need to get up and move around. Its kinda like a muscle spasm type of feeling. If you have it you will know what I am talking about. I am so glad that I found this web site.
There have been several threads on this subject in the past. Many experts believe there is a genetic link between RLS and ADHD, and it is very common (though we don't all have it).
It drives me nuts.
Well, no its kind of like a sensation In my legs that feels like if I don't move them or get up and use the muscles that my leg feels like it will move on its own. After posting this I searched the site and found that many others have written about having this same problem. I saw a commertial the other day about it. I think there is a treatment for it.
Ok, now I'm curious....
Do your legs feel numb? And then feel better when you move around a bit?

Yes, I know what you're talking about. I have it almost all the time. My right leg is especially so restless, that it moves on it's own constantly. If I'm bored, it starts to shake, sometimes the left one too. This also happens when I'm trying to fall asleep as well. If I'm sitting down, that's when it can really start up.ooohhhhhh Ok, I know what you guys are talking about. Yes, I do that too. Too many times when i am seated my right leg just takes off on its own, LOL.. My daughter will usually grab my leg and tell me to STOP IT
