it worked.....

Yes, it does an awsome job!!!!!

wht is melatonin?

whatever it is i am glad it worked and can you give it to a 2 year old who doesnt go to sleep except from between tne times of 3 and 5 am and no nap during the day?

is it natural or do you need a prescription for it?  and how much would you give.

i have heard it mentioned on the board b4 just dont know what it is.

on another note.....glad to hear it is working for u dareboys.....hope it stays that way.

get some shut eye for me too till i get this figured out with my two year old whos psych de appt isnt til mid december, or is it the beginning?   anyway it is not til december.   see i am going on 3 hours of sleep.....youd think i would be used to it by now...

brig - a natural supplemment, got it at GNC he is taking a 1mg tablet everynight about an hour before I want him in bed. The beh pdoc said it should help him relax and correct some of his lack of this "chemical" that would normally help him sleep - we are assuming of course that he lacks it since he doesn't sleep. i am probably wording this wrong but that was the gist of it. I dont know about it for a 2y/o but talk to your ped - it is natural and there is no perscription needed.

Did I help or confuse?

Big Hug no you helped thank you!!!

nice new avatar - i didn't find one I liked yet!

2 nites and the going is still good - I am sure it wont last forever - nothing does

I'm happy that it worked for you  It worked for Tiff so far 3 of the 5 nights she has taken it.  It didn't the 1st, did the next 3, but last night she got up in the middle of the night. So......hoping for the good night's rest again tonight.

Glad you got rest, I did for those 3 days.  And to find your hubby, way to go!

Good I am happy for you.yeah smallmom - I am happy for you too. Its a wonder what getting sleep will do for all of us!

Great news!  I'm glad you're finally getting some shut-eye.

On a related note, my son started Zoloft last week for anxiety, and while I know it takes a while to work, he slept until 7 am this morning.  He's usually up with the birds.  Maybe he's starting to relax!!!

its 8:30 do you know where your children are??? Yes !!!!! They are sleeping!!

I know I am nuts but this is the best thing we have done for ourselves its even better then when he started strattera - Happy happy me! But cross your fingers tomorrow we add the focalin  and mama is a bit nervous.

But happy for tonight - now where's my hubby
