Wow both paxil AND welbutrin. Together?? Probably should have your MD's head examined - both together would tend to zone you out and make you tired. That's been heard of before. My ex is chronically depressed and takes many - she's found the same thing when mixed.
Perhaps ask your doc to wean you off the antidepressents - then let the adderal kick you into high gear gradually. I would think that maybe you should supplement your meds with therapy and gradually get away from the mix. Once you get out there and live it up - you'll feel less depressed!
