kIDS AND SCHOOL STRUGGLES

I also say the Material set for each grade level is n't really that  grade levels work at all. Today the books are way ahead of the grade levels the child is in. I know have said before. I think Federal Govt. doesn't get you can't push a child to learn what they are not ready for. Give every child a acheivement  test in Math and Reading most kids will score higher in 1 of these. This is true of most. I think it's being done for the majority which there for qualifies more kids for Se who just need a better teacher. In my opinion until basic skills are mastered any child will struggle. Staff should also be taught to work with all kinds of kids. Untill this changes some kids will continue to struggle. The system has been flauded for years and until Govt. edmits it there will be struggle. I think we all here have smart kids it's just the way the system is now that is hurting our kids. Sorry for those who disagree cause grade levels are useless. The main thing is mastered basics.

We has parents should not have to deal with all this Hw daily it's dumb. They are in school 6 hrs that's enough. My concern is older kids will be burned cause so much is expected of all levels now. Kids need to learn life skills also which is just as important as education. They also need to be a kid .
