rhodiola cant get anything else | ADHD Information

So far I have been taking Rhodiola for about 2 weeks no improvment yet but I will keep you posted.I Live in a country where they completly ignore Adults with ADHD. There is no one I can find who will perscibe me rittilan or any thing else.
I have recently heard about a natural remedy to help build concentraton, rhodiola, any one ever hear of it?
or even better does anyone know of a doctor in Ireland who deals with adult ADHD.

Hello welcome to the board, I am sorry I am new myself to getting help for my ADD, and that is terrible if you can't get a doctor there to treat you.

Think it is down this morning, but keep trying, they have such a large community, I do remember seeing another member with Irish in their name, so wondering if he might be near to you - to point you in the right direction.

Maybe one of the others can comment on that med you listed. I might be looking at that myself, having trouble just affording what meds docs here are giving me.
