I found this yesterday. It's a book called "Mind Boosters" and the whole book is online and it's free. He talks about different supplements, etc, that are good for the brain like vitamins, amino acids, herbs, etc, for enery, mood, focus, concentration, etc. I browsed through it yesterday and found it interesting. So I thought I'd share it here.

thanks Kimo for posting that. I read most of it and printed the rest. I am taking Flax seed and Co Q-10 (for my heart) but I plan to get some more B vitamins. I could not take St. Johns Wort, it made my heart race for some reason.

This is very interesting. I would like to someday get to the point of being able to cope with my brain without medication. I am thinking that with a combination of diet, exercise, meditation, and coaching I may be able to do that someday.
