this is a top tip from an expert on drinking lots:
drink lots of water tonight or you will have an awful hangover in the morning.

you know everyone here on this board is lovely. they are all on your side, right --- so you just vent out if you want to....
and not if you don't.
sleep is always good, too.
but we're listening if you can't sleep.
