Think I found a solution for remembering to check my blood sugar.  I copied my sliding scale and taped it to the screen of my computer. good thing i checked too.  was 220  don't understand why it goes up when you dont eat.  seems it should be the opposite?  The sliding scale is on my computer keys now so i won't forge to put it back   we willsee.  by the way  thanks for your concern - just don't post my weight on a public forum ok?

Just don't let your ADHD get you where you stop looking at your computer so you don't have to deal.  I'd hate to not see you here! :)

Oh, I would never divulge something told me in confidence!  Especially a woman's weight! Heck - I grew up in a family of women - and I'm still alive so you know I can deal with facts like that.

Remember - your body tries to change its metabolism when you fast.  You still have some insulin production left probably (most diabetics do to some extent) and your body will try and adjust.  The best thing is to set proper meals and in-between snacks.  I know that's not always possible - but we'll keep the boot near your butt in case something keeps you from trying.
