Drug interaction? | ADHD Information

I was just switched by my doctor from Ritalin (short acting) too Dexedrine. I did take my morning dose of Ritalin today (15mg), is it safe to take the Dexedrine as my afternoon dose now, or do I need to wait until morning?

I asked my doc and he said it should be fine, but didn't really seem sure. I then asked the pharmacist and she said she had no idea if that is OK or not????

Anyone here know?
Ritalin and dexedrine don't have potent interactions. If you experience side effects, it's because you've taken too high of a dose of stimulants in general...or your body doesn't agree with one of the medications. Other than that, you'll be fine.Wow, me neither!
