When someone posts here who is putting down all the things we do to help our children and ourselves to succeed in this world, we should just totally ignore them. The more we answer their ridiculous claims, the more the posts stay on the top of the postings.

I agree. They were driving me nuts. We will always get Trolls but I am hoping as soon as the Administration reads our complaints they will ban the current Trolls. And I'm so proud of myself....I totally ignored one of the most recent posts.
