I have tried various combinations, all with the guidance of my APRN. One was using the combo of Concerta (Methylphenidate) with Dexedrine (one part of the Adderall). It worked alright for me. The best, for me, has been the straight Adderall.
As I said, I have tried so many combos, some of which included the Welbutrin. It pays to keep a written journal of some type to track what you experience. It can get a bit overwhelming and confusing at times so to have something to reference helps.
Good Luck and keep us posted!
onyxperc - at 30mg twice daily you should feel something in a few days. You have a ways to go to get to the upper limit - I would check with your care provider as they may up it 10mg or try an alternative. They have used combinations - but they are harder to determine results than one alone. Perhaps change from salts to dexedrine sulphate? I find it works wonderful - and felt results starting with 10mg - and slowly worked up to 20mg and sometimes 30. Most days it's one dose of spansules (XR) and it lasts the whole work day - but there are days I take a second dose when I need to stay alert longer. Not every day but sometimes it's good to have that option.
