I don't really ever forget to eat, unless I am on medication.

I am a carboholic - at least I was.

Since I've been doing these crawling exercises, my cravings have lessened.  I don't devour total packages of cookies and things like that anymore.

I think when my ADD used to sky rocket, I would reach for the cookies and carbs to give me something to do, something to focus me, something to be munching on, it always seemed to help.  Perhaps my body was telling me something, like what you have suggested here.  Maybe . . something to think about.

This is me to a "T".  I am trying to find the correlation between my eating habits and my symptoms.  This week, I've been better - with my symptoms that is.  I don't feel so out of control, but I don't think I was eating any better or worse.  Still went to get some sugary foods to snack on while I was waiting for my gym members to come in.  How bad is that!!!

I will incorporate this immediately - Lauging Classes, 8 am, 8:15 am, 8:30 am, etc, etc.  Maybe I'll get more new members thatway!!!

Nutrients are a big part of ADHD.  If you don't have the fuel - how do you expect the engine to run?  I go without sometimes too - it's not like when starting meds but there are days.  But I feel that drag - the forgetfulness and fuzzy thought.

Have an apple!  It's a good thing!

Hey, I'm hungry now with this all talk of food and nutrients.

What's for dindin?

All this talk a/b alternative treatments has brought to the fore something I've noticed before.

When I forget to eat, my inattention part of AD skies, and I'm like like like

Hey, what was I thinking?

So eventually I stumble onto maybe I should eat something, and go on a food hunt, usually ending up at Carbo Cafeteria.

Anyone else experience this?
