I do not think 'we' should be changing our dose except with the help of your
doctor(s). The impulse part of me at least leads to results that are
unexpected and or not what I really wish. In these matters I would talk to
someone whom does not have our 'gift.'

OK now I'm a little freaked out cuz im on my meds so i should be
studying and prioritizing right? But im all jumbled and thinking of a
million things at once.. could i be becoming immune to the effects of the
meds? Usually on meds im a lot less cluttered than this- should i up the
dosage?Talk to your doc if he didnt already tell you that you can experiment with your dosage.

You know...

If it's at nighttime, & you feel stressed & a little burned out, it might not just be ADhD. I think lots of people feel that way at night & when they have lots to do. We're different, but affected by normal ups & downs of life.

I think because we take meds for one aspect of ourselves, we have to be careful not to attribute everything negative to that one aspect we've had problems with & been able to medicate. Otherwise, we can end up thinking everything would be better with medication & then we're trying to medicate for everything.

You can probably experiment with your dosage within reason, but if you're feeling like doing it later in the day, try taking a nap. Maybe spread out the doses you take? Snack...?
