You were never alone - just didn't know we were here watchin' a fellow ADHDer's back.  We're a team - nobody gets left behind.

Every day you get more aware and the fog goes further away - it will be more joy for you.  Good on ya buddy!

you do that!  I mean all I say - maybe you've seen - if I am being funny there is no mistake of it.  You WILL end up on this end of the conversation - probably before you realize it.

Good meds help though - I get this feeling like I MUST be open, outgoing and personable.  Really inside I am channeling old Mr. Wilson from the "dennis the menace" series.  Honestly.  GRRRR watch out! Oooh be scared really! Ah fergit it.
