Today I had serious trouble slowing down. At work it was like I was on speed and I was moving at a supersonic pace and talking just as fast. My brain was on overdrive and I couldn't get myself to become normal. In addition, from the moment I got up, I felt like my nerves were too sensitive. Every move I made caused the nerves on my skin to feel like it had lit up. It was the oddest thing I've felt since I started taking wellbutrin eight months ago. I can't even effectively articulate the feeling. Just turning my head made me feel like sparks shot down my nerves to my skin and felt unexplicably ... can't even come up with a word for it. Has anyone felt that? It took 96mg of concerta and 1/2 the day just to start to feel sort-of normal.
So, who can slow down?! If you come up with a good suggestion, let me know!
[/QUOTE]Need someone to say “Slow down, CG.” At this pace I pass everything by and it passes me.
