Running out of socks | ADHD Information
seriously...if its summer i dont wear socks, if i desperately need them, then i wear mismatched ones and hope no one sees it cause i never throw anything away and i have plenty of old socks. if i happen to be shopping, i buy a bag of socks so i dont have to do laundry. i hate doing laundry. it takes me all day because i always end up doing something else and forget my clothes are in the washer. once i left a load in for 3 days. i had to rewash them. grrrr... wear the shoes without the socks. normally or grab a pair of already worn socks if completely desparate...very rarely have matching socks but no-one normally sees until you take your shoes off by which time you are at home - so no biggie. as long as they keep your feet warm, right? just bought three new pairs - new socks are nice.

You must be my daughter's father. She was married barefoot in a formal wedding dress. Have a great pic of her in the garden swing in that gorgeous dress with big dirty feet. - She can't be mine, I'm a tenderfoot.
I solved my underwear problem a few years ago, and bought 14 days supply. At first I always had clean ones, but then started stretching out my laundry days... now I'm sniffin'... and let me tell ya, there's worse things to sniffin around for than sox....

I do have to wear boots for work, but don't put them on until I'm there. Then I take them off for lunch, and as soon as I'm driving back home, I pull them off. My car is full of sox. Oh,

I wear sandals around my ADHD homestead, b/c I've stepped on owie makers here. However, in public, I go barefoot, b/c of the legal climate, the streets are safe, and the store's floors are sooooooo delightful! Except around the freezers...

yeah, no kidding.. I have such a pile of unmatched socks sitting together on my couch.. not one of them has a partner, nor do I know where in the world they have disappeared to!!
I"ll bet that if I throw them away, I 'll find their mates!

I think the sock monster prefers people with ADD. I don't just run out of clean socks and I can't even find dirty ones to wash.Solution to the sock problem: buy one style of socks only, so that any two clean ones will do. 1 and 4...5 doesn't apply because it doesn't get cold enough...
2 and 3 disgust me..

If its in the morning and I gotta get to work.. hmm... should I admit this??
I simply wear the socks again that I slept in!! ( I have to sleep in socks, my feet get too cold at night.)

Well, it depends. If I just go to the store or something and come back in an hour, my socks are hardly dirty at all. So I wear them again. Saving the Earth and all that. 
But if I go out and do yard work (which I actually used to do long, long ago in a galaxy far, far away) then I would not wear them again. Thankfully I don't have stinky feet!
