	Caffeine! i'm sitting here with my big cup of coffee. it's noon and i haven't had a bite to eat... just coffee and a hit of concerta. i should really eat something. i was only diagnosed a couple months ago but if i had known, i wouldn't have spent so many years avoiding caffeine. you guys are great.When I really need to complee a task, like gettig all of the dishes clean or clearing out a cluttered room, I make a pot of dark coffee and get started. Whenever I start to wander off, I pour another cup and it usually is enough of a distraction from my distractions to get me back to the task at hand. sssssss Brookelea does not need coffee She is a plant.
