I have that problem, but it is not related to meds.. My lids move back and forth. I always thought that maybe my eyes were tired.. hmmm, interesting, I'm going to have to pay attention to see when they occur...
Is he eating any differently? not having the same nutrition could have an affect ( maybe hes not eating as much as he did premeds?) I have learned that ADD meds can exacerbate tics also. I would talk to my Dr. about it and see if there needs to be a reduction of dose, or even yet another change.

runner, i seem to have more eyelid twitches than i did before, but now that i read your post again, i see that's not really what you are talking about. sorry i'm not much help. oh, i'm on adderall xr also.
