i see no tree

i walked all around.  i got up early, early and walked down the canyon to a 24 hr shop bought a watermelon and a croissant and a bottle of water and hiked up to the top of the canyon park and hacked away with swiss army knife to have a delicious watermelon/croissant breakfast while over-looking the whole city.  so peaceful, such a beautiful morning just birds, squirrels, flying things and lizards --  lovely. 

i love watermelon.  (bit too sweet sometimes but this one was just great)

I myself do not not have ADHD, but my spouse and 18 year old son would be considered ADD & ADHD.  A week ago I read a thread with the author of a new book called The DaVid'oci Method.  I bought into it online and it is AMAZING!  It has transformed the way I think about my elf!....we are not "ADHD", we are DaVid'ocis...We have a gift that our society has turned into a "disorder."  Labeling people with ADHD is a way of shaming and disrespecting their betters. The book has been helpful for me in terms of misunderstanding others. I hope it becomes more commonplace.
