support groups

I am Monica Labranche and I am in Brentwood nh , thats near
portsmouth nh on the seacost.

I am currently posting to different online groups
to see if you are now or ever were part of an adhd support
group...?

I am starting a CHADD support group in brentwood nh area . I am new to this and wanted to ask a few questions about it...

First of all is anyone in this group near me ? does anyone live in
nh ? or northern mass on the NH border or maine ...?

If not thats ok ...I am just looking for basic info ..

If you were to go to an adhd support group what would you hope to
gain from it ?

what time of day would be good ?

what day of the week ?

How would you want it run ? ex : a greet and meet followed by a
guest speaker ? then a snack ?

As I said I am new to running a support group and would love ANY
pointers or info on this ...

I appreciate all info ..

Like a therapist, who deals with teaching parenting skills, and coping skills. I would also have it where people, that are in the group, give you imput, as well. Have someone who is your assistant, to help you.
