Great pointers bman! Every one of them is fantastic for taking adderall - for that matter any of the ADHD meds! Eat well, sleep well and exercise - how can you not find that good?

Hope all read this.

I know that with my dexedrine I work my tail off at work - brings out a lot of sweat and I know when I get home I usually have a really deep rewarding sleep.  Only during the shift change am I ever troubled by sleep - and even then I usually work around it.

People tend to shy away from these everyday lifestyle choices in which have a great effect with a certain drug and its effectivness. So anyways these are the things that I found to help my expierience with adderall.

1. Never take more than perscribed. NO MATTER WHAT. not even once. (this is a given, but it can be tempting)

2. Eat right. Get at least 3 meals a day. If not -  eat 5 small meals. (this will maintain energy and in turn will help the effectiveness of adderall)

3. Get 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Adderall will just keep you up if you don't get proper rest.

4. Exercise - this gets rid of some of the residual effects that linger from your last dosage also it will  increase your daily energy. So Quit sittin here reading this - go break a sweat!

5.  Get on schedule - itll help with time, also this helps sleep. Go to bed the same time every night.. Get up the same time every morning

 

( These are a few, Odviously simple things that I noticed helped decrease side effects and  increase the effectiveness of adderall.) Im not a doctor and i have no professional training. Im a pre med student and love learning about stuff like this.  Just wanted to share what helps ME while taking adderall. - WITH OR WITHOUT A MED.
