Adderal vs Concerta | ADHD Information

I don't know if there's a chart but you could try asking your pharmacist?Is there a chart that compares adderall xr and concerta?
My child was on 40mg of Adderall XR and now she will be on 56mg of Concerta. Are the 2 doses equal? Please help.which med is stronger Adderall or Concerta? From what I know, adderall is stronger than concerta. That is why you have a higher mg dose with it.

So if my child is on 56mg of Concerta that is like what if on Adderall XR?I think is it comparable to the 40. remember, your not getting 40mg with the xr, your getting 12.5 steady. although that is the 20mg, as they don't make a 40. so it is 2x20mg.

 and with the 54mg concerta your getting 15mg steady.

 concerta 54mg is lower than the adderall 40mg.

 it gets all complicated because of the actual release.


 And the ratio.

 the ratio is 5mg adderall to 10 mg of ritalin.

 so it is 1:2

Two different active ingredients, but both are stimulants.
