hope this isnt a pattern! If so, I may have to investigate those drug holidays that Glen talks about! I do like being able to listen to my kids on the weekends!!

ok, I'm not complaining.. I'm just whining.. I'm sorry..
I'm taking 20mg metadate CD at 7am.. another 10mg at 11:30. Starting out it worked GREAT!
I was a still a bit hyper, but in control of my stupidity... not forgetful, or zoning out... my head has been in the real world.. and it's been kinda cool..
THe past couple of weeks have been different.. it seems I've settled into a different pattern... around 2pm I start yawning.. getting really tired. but then around 3:30 I have noticed a little each day I start zoning again..
5:30 I am a total ditz... today I left my purse at school, didnt realize it until I started looking for it went back to school to get it, then met my daughter for dinner at Arbys.. PASSED arbys because I forgot where it was.. ( its near my home, I've been there several times.. sigh)
Am I expecting too much? I know the meds don't do it all for you.. but it seemed to be doing a lot more over the last couple of months.. I don't know.. I feel like whining..... i'm also feeling a bit of a caffiene buzz.. that I havent felt at all before.. I havent increased caffiene intake.. so Idon't know why that is happening all of a sudden?? Any ideas? anyone go through this with any of the ritalin type medicines?? whine whine whine....
think I need some cheese to go with that whine.... hope this isnt too long to read.. and I don't make anyone mad at me for whinning so much

Uelo Nado. That sounds like I smell tornados. Hmmmm, what's a 'nado' smell like? I smell fine after a shower, but earlier in the day, Uelo Nado is pretty lonely dude. Por eso prefiero "ItoNado" de Abuelito.

no, I actually think i might have figured it out... gonna go seem the dr. on the 28th. BUT, I think that if I have a soda at lunch it makes me more loopy. I tried the med after lunch yesterday and I got the same calmness and focus I have always had.. but today I took it before lunch and I was very distractable..
I had also had a diet mt dew.. hmmm wonder if the caffiene can cause problems... gonna be experamenting to see if what I eat and drink has an affect.
I am not used to a lot of medications.. I little goes a long way with me on just about anything I have taken..
So Im not going to ask for an increase or any other med for right now.. I just want to see how this goes, and I'll tell the dr. what I observed and see what he thinks...

Better make that Ito part stick if you teach em spanish... I've never heard anyone actually say abuelo.. more 'uelo or 'uelito...
'course I'm near mexico so it could be just Tejano I hear a lot...
I'll bet with a abuelito like you, your grandchild will come up with their own name for you.. ( yes, it will be a nice one, LOL) My kids call thier grandpa Papi, even though thats really dad, I always called him that, and my kids picked up on it.... I still like 'uelonado, it just rhymes so well
