its the dehydration. the intestines are sucking out all the water as it passes through to accomodate how fast the central nervous system is going. other things too..but just drink water. eat some grapes too. try not to take laxatives, its harsh on your organs. the next time you're experiencing major difficulty, try glycerine suppositories. its inserted anally and melts from body heat. it stimulates your stuff down there and it'll pass through. takes around 15-20 to kick in. try not to become dependent on these too. if you're also experiencing excess sweating, you could ask your doc for pills for that. im not sure if docs have pills for constipation though..sorry

ok rayray. does dehydration cause diarreah? i thought it was when the large intestines couldnt break down certain molecules due to lack of enzyme, the amount of the molecule exceeded the enzyme, enzyme sensitivity; etc. resulting in irritation and absorption of water in order to shove it all out. is there a doctor in the house? sigh. i'll just become a damn doctor so i can answer my own Q's.

all this talking about sh*t..kinda makes ya have to go. toodles!~

hmmm interesting.. I've actually become more um.. "regular"

SHerry

I'm thinking it's a result of the dehyydrating effects of the meds? Anyone thoughts?

wrong,,  dehydration gives you diareah CHA CHA CHA!!

First off  the medication must still  be working I rembered my PW  from my lasty log in 3 months ago

CONSTIPATION...anyone have problems with it and ritalin. Fiber doesnt seem to help and I dont want to become reliant on stool softeners. I am trying to pump water  but  the problem  keeps reoccurring.  I am   bringing a water jug  to work  tommorow so i can be sure I push water  even when I  am "moving". I'm thinking it's a result of the dehyydrating effects of the meds? Anyone thoughts?
