Do ADHD and ADD is the same or different | ADHD Information

Hi guys im not sure lf anybody will reply back here anyway i don't think u guys will.

I am wondering i learn about my disorder ADHD i know that they LD and mental Developmental but it also said that ADHD used to be ADD in way back ago so right now im really confused on ADHD and ADD because everytime i read about my disorder sometimes they used ADD-ADHD I mean i thought they are different. ADD is without hyper and ADHD is with hyper

The difference between ADHD and ADD is the "H", meaning hyperactivity. So it is a short attention span, or Attention Deficit but no hyperactivity.

I'm 33 and when I was growing up it was just called hyperactivity there was no such thing as ADD or ADHD.

That is the basics of it and I think from what I've read here that ADD can slip through the cracks easier than ADHD because nothing gets noticed behaviourally.
