I read that Ritalin (LA) should be taken on an empty stomach. Is this true? It made me a little figity at first but that went away quickly. I am worried that if I take it after eating it will not effect me quickly enough. I didn't like the figity part though. I'm going to eat a small bowl of cereal tomorrow to see if that helps. So far I have not had any bad effects of stopping Strattera suddenly. I'm still worried about getting a "fuzzy" head since Strattera helped with that.
