I take fish oil. You have to take a larger dose than suggested on the label. Like twice to four times the amounts. Go check out the alternative meds forum. They have some good advise. There are also many homeopathic "solutions" so research over on that board. This board is mostly about prescribed meds. I went the homeopathic route but It did not work for me. This does not mean it will not work for you though. Everyone is differnent with degress of ADHD or what they respond to. I also take L-Tyrosine. Really though, check out the alternative meds section. Many people get caught up in the whole topic of whether to use meds or not to use meds. Just keep a clear head and make logical decisions based on what you are comfortable with. If you are seeing a doctor be sure and discuss everything with him/her. If you use common sense you will find something that works for you!!

I think I have ADHD, my concentration is just so bad, I am so easily distracted and can get in a total panic when too many things are happening at once, whether the distraction be in real life or if my brain is just being hyperactive causing me to get off track. Is there anything I can get without a prescription or any other home based medication I can try to see if it will improve my concentration? Then maybe I can try to get some real medication.
