My 3 year old son! | ADHD Information

Bipolar is a mood disorder which some think looks a lot like ADHD.  There is alot about it on the internet. 

I agree with sheri.m.  Take him to the nearest children's hospital.
hello my son (dillon) is only 3 yrs old..dillon is a very violent child who rages over everything..at times i feel i am abused by my three yr old..dillon isn't adhd he is bipolar..most adhd children don't try to hurt people..does your son have trouble sleeping? you need to find a doctor that will help you..take him to the nearest childrens hospital they should be able to give you answers..  sheri.m38691.8168287037My son does have issues sleeping, at times I cant even get him to bed because hes to hypper...  What is bipolar?Hello, My name is sonia.  I am new to this site!!  I am posting a message in hopeing for a response.  I have a 3 year old little boy who I believe has ADHD!  Im not sure how to tell or what the heck to do to get him help.  Ill explaine some of the things that he does in my belief on why I think he has ADHD.  First of all because hes outragiously HIPPER.  He never stops, and when he does its because he is going to have a caugh attach! Patrick is always doing something to get him self in trouble, he doesnt listen he hits and punches me , and screams VERY VERY Loud to get attention.  I know I know alot of people say hes only 3 and looking for attention, But this started when he was 2, I just thought mabye that it was the terrible 2's...   But after a year and a half I figured their was something wrong.  He will do anything and everything to get his own way and anything I do he will try to basically abuse me, and Im hurt buy it.  , Their was a incident when patrick was upset with me and he wouldnt stop hitting me, and I put him in his room, and it was so bad and he screamed so loud someone called the authorites saying I was beating my child, the police canme, and Patrick SPIT and threw his toys at them, so they sujested that I got him into daycare, or something so he would stay busy...  So I just did that , and they are even telling me that hes VERY hipper, and doesnt like to pay attention.  so anyone anyone at all, Im a single mother, and have been trying to find a cure, and basically the doctors will not help me because hes under the age of 5, so they sujecsted me to go to counclers and if I do that they are going to put my sobn on drugs so their outta be another way then the medicine.  anyone have any info please reply...Thank you...
