Side Effects of Strattera

Where do I begin? None of these side effects (keep in mind) were so bad that I needed to stop taking it immediately but this is what happened to me. Day 1 was the worst, dizziness, sweating, shaking, extreme fatigue, stomach ache, muscle aches. Day 2 sweating, shaking, extreme fatigue, stomach ache, feeling hot and cold. Day 3 stomache ache, dizziness. After that... occasional stomach ache, dry mouth, constipation. Then for other reasons that don't pertain to you, I had to go off it.

Hello,

I've been on strattera for almost 2 months and I'm looking for an alternative.  It has been good to me the whole time, but as of recently (and I don't mean to sound vulgar) it causes my testicles to be sore.  The soreness isn't there all the time but I can tell when I get up and sit down the feeling is hard to describe.  I got off of it for a couple of days just to make sure that it was the strattera and it was.  I'm going to go to the doctor and see if I can get off of it and maybe get on adderall or something.  I'm currently still taking my doses, hoping that the soreness is temporary but who knows.  I don't really want to take any risks and end up sterile or something.  In the beginning, I used to experience drowsiness and nausea in the morning, but those subsided after a while, then a month later this started.

Here is a good thread documenting a lot of side effects from different people:

dieburnbot38204.1181828704I was wondering what the most common side effect of Strattera is for
most people. I am trying Strattera for the first time. I have been on it
for about a week now. I was on Ritalin for about 6 years and took a
long break from all the medication. My doctor is starting me out
slowly. I initally got a very dry mouth. I read in the information
leaflet with the medication that it can have sexual side effects. Do
the side effects go away after about a month? I would really like to
take the medication and have the fog lifted.
