Well...DUH. Aren't ALL businesses in business to make money? And what's that have to do with my question anyway?
I was able to try the Mallinkrodt and the Eon Labs version of adderall through Rite Aid. I am only able to take the brand name version from Shire. It has cost me a bit over the past several months, but FINALLY my insurance company has agreed to cover it as a Tier 3 drug since my APRN sent in the formal paperwork. He really fought for me and I greatly appreciate his efforts. (It is great to have a caregiver who actually cares!)

Well, bottom line is, they are all in this business for the money.What is the deal with Barr and generic adderall? EVERY SINGLE chain pharmacy I've called ONLY carries the Barr brand and tell me they're unable to order any other brand from their supplier because Barr is their 'preferred' brand.
*I've called the smaller, mom-n-pop pharmacies in my area that are part of my insurance network too, and they all carry Barr also. I just expect the big chains to have a wider variety. Guess not!
Anybody know of any chains that sell or will order any brand other than Barr?
