Anyone with sleep disorders? | ADHD Information
i have sleep difficulties, but it's in the realm of going to sleep. some kind of cyclical insomnia.
i'd be interested in hearing replies about that.
Hey Was,
I Am.
Also afflicted by excessive snoring. I wake my elf up all the time. I
also can snore while I'm awake, and like walking around. I snort when I
laught, too.
As for the sleepless in SeaCA, that's due to the girls that diss. I do
not think of sex all the time, I think of my princess charming.
Woo-hoo! Where are you???
So I take Ambien for sleep. It makes my monitor melt.
As for the night terrors, that's something else, not ADHDer caused. I'd
be terrorized too, if I couldn't breathe. Couldn't once, under water.
Weird feeling. Don't try that at home.
'Luck,
D
I've read that if you have problem with snoring, sleep apnea it could mimic the effects of AD/HD. If this is true then maybe this could a problem for me. I have a very thick neck, I snore at night and always feel sleepy in the morn. Anyone run into this problem? I've tried to work on the snoring with sprays sometimes works sometimes doesn't. When I was a kid I'd wake up but still in a dreamy state and couldn't move and everything was wierd. I was very scared and finally got over it but realized I couldn't breath after a few years of it happening. I haven't had this happen for awhile but it is really a freaky feeling.
