Im 17 and i think i have ADD. I read some stuff about STNR and that sounds like a definate possibility. If it is STNR is my brain permanently damaged? and is there a treatment or medication that will fix my awkward walking, poor motor skills, monotone speech, emotionless face, poor attention, concentration, and cognitive thinking???

Pete, is there any possibility you can go for an evaluation? It sounds to me as if some of your symptoms go beyond ADHD (awkward, walking, poor motor skills, monotone speech, emotionless face, for example). Unfortunately, we don't have medical degrees, and we can't diagnose you over the internet. Without an accurate diagnosis, you can't put the proper interventions into place. A neurologist might be a good place to start the evaluation process. Good luck.
