is it safe to mix diff adhd meds? EXAMPLE - one day take reccomended dose of adderall. next day take focalin. one morning take focalin, same afternoon take adderall. etc, etc, etc.. i'm a newbie to the adhd world and it's meds. DEFINITLY not a newbie to the symptoms of it though. i'm pretty scared at how these meds will effect me. how they might change me. how they might take pieces of my soul away. Y'KNOW?
another question: what's the best way to take adderall xr? all at one time - 20-30 mg in the morning? OR one/two pills 10/20mg in the morning and one (10mg) in late morning/early afternoon? what works effective for most?
