That's it exactly. It's well known that they constrict the tiny smooth muscles in the body, especially the first couple of months. For me I used to get a very cold nose and sometimes tingly fingers. About 2 months in it all came back normal. Impotence happens too but again it's temporary typically.
Watch out for cramping as well. I still get some of that when exerting myself at work - it's the smooth intestinal muscles going into spasm and the MD has great stuff called Dicetel that's both cheap and mild and it works great.
Dry mouth is pretty common too. Remember that the meds are diuretics (remove water from body) and you must increase intake of plain water accordingly. And if you sweat from the metabolism being hiked up then again drink more water. If you drink coffee/pop along with this all - well you get the picture.
Most of the effects go away in a short while (if you stay at one dosage for a while). Most left me fast and the rest are livable as the positives far outweigh the negatives.
Best of luck to you!!

Just passing the gems I get here along the line. I am a bit of a zealot in pro help for ADHD of any kind. That helps.
You guys are great too though - I'm just a bit faster on the draw on those days I happen to get here LOL - you will have plenty of time to beat me here when I switch shifts to afternoons next week. Then - I'm lucky to hear from or chat with anyone and it bites but work is supposed to suck right?
Glad I am of service. One is glad to be of service :)
