I’m new here | ADHD Information

Hi I'm new here.  I'm not sure if I'm going about this the right way.  I have ADD, not hyper but the opposite.  I was diagnosed about 4 years ago after finding out that my son had ADD.  THat is all I'll say, see if I'm doing this right.You are doing fine.  Welcome to the board.  I have ADHD and have a granddaughter who has it too.  I have learned a lot from this board in three months time.  Maybe you will too or else teach us a few things.  Make yourself at home.
