inattentive ADD??? | ADHD Information
sometimes in certain situations i can act fairly normal, and other times i feel sort of spaced out and i have difficulty speaking. My other symptoms are i can never pay attention in class, procrastinate, always late, lose things, hard time doing anything that involves sustained mental effort, and pretty bad social anxiety.
is this inattentive ADD or could it be anxiety?
if so would a stimulant help me with this? even though my issue does not happen all the time
Hey. From what you said it sounds like ADD is a possibility. I suggest
you find a therapist who can give you an evaluation for ADD to see what
the problem is. I also suggest that you can take natural supplements
such as omega-3's, b-complex vitamins, and L-tyrosine. You should first
read about them.
I lately have been thinking that I may have inattentive ADD where I
have some of the symptoms you mentioned. I have been trying to look to
get evaluated but it's been so complicated. So I'm thinking of just
taking some supplements and try to handle the situation myself. For now
at least....
How old are you or around what age are you because I think I'm
experiencing a similar situation. I'm 17 and will be 18 this March.
Well I hope that you are able to fix the problems you're facing. Good
luck!!
Hi there. Sounds like it must be a challenge getting through the school day sometimes. Can you tell your parents you want to talk to your doctor about it? Your family doctor is a good place to start and all you need is the list of symptoms you have listed above. The doctor will take it from there. Remember, you are not alone...don't struggle through by yourself when other people are there to help. Keep us posted on how things go.i suggest buying Windmill Focus Formula
Sanfranpete, in my experience, the ADD can cause anxiety. The worst part is the not knowing and not understanding. I'd really talk to your parents and Dr. To get diagnosted (can't spell, sorry) all they do is ask you about twenty questions like "do you have trouble finishing tasks?" And you pretty much answered them all with the info in your post. Talk to them, do some research on benefits of natural and perscription medication, and figure out your best option.
Best of Luck!
Oh, and ADD? you sound a lot like me (Seventeen as well), let me know if you want to talk.Marley2436538778.4964814815
