Ritalin SR what is your opinion? | ADHD Information

when ds was trying out different meds and doses, i don't think there was a problem if a new prescription is written for a different med, nor changing the dosage. Your doc should know ..afterthat check with ins. co.

You also need to check with your doc. It may be that you are not a a therapeutic dose yet. Doctors generally start out low and increase it until you see positive effects. another philosophy is to increase the dosage untill you see effects that the dose is too high and then back it down. the short acting ritalin can also be broken to get hte right dossage.I just realized you were talking about Sustained Release Ritalin. Ds didn't care for it. It was not that effective.the doc said it might not be that effective too.

I just started SR Ritalin and I dont even notice the effect and it appears to not even be working, has anyone had this experience. The problem is now I filled the prescription and I have to wait 30 days until I can get something that works??

can you give me some advice please thanks.
