You missed the point of the message.
It was working better in the beginning. It is not working as well now. It was not a struggle to organize and prioritize when I began the drug the way it was in the past without drugs. And yes, Ritilan LA DID and DOES help me organize and prioritize. That is one of the benifits of taking drugs if you are ADHD. Organization has always been a hallmark of ADHD and the drug Ritalin LA addressed this very issue for myself. Organization and priorities are a result of how ones brain functions. ADHD does not facilitate organization and prioritization. When I began Ritalin LA I saw a world of improvement in this area. Focus is what brings these things to fruition.
Trust me. I know there is no magic pill. I'm not stupid!
The question is whether there is a "settling" period when on Ritalin. Is it normal to not be as effective two months in to taking the drug. Should I suggest switching meds or simply up the dose to achieve the same results I had in the beginning?

I guess my ADHD mind is wired a bit differently from the "normal" ADHD mind then.. I can be a good self observer intellectually.. its the emotional part I have a problem with..
I did not intend to get into an argument. this will be post number 466 and the first time I have been accused of such. My additude is one of trying to understand another person and what that person was trying to ask. it is not trying to be a know it all that has all the answers. Lord knows, that is VERY far from the truth.
