Switching from Adderall to Adderall XR

I am a 22 year old college student and I just made the switch from 10mg of Adderall 2x/day to 20mg of Adderall XR. I have been on Adderall for 7 years (since I was 15). I was wondering if anyone else has made the switch from Adderall to the XR version? I've been on it for a week now and enjoy how there isn't a "come down" or "crash" phase like there was with the regular Adderall, but I do feel slightly aloof am just wondering if anyone else had any experiences to share from switching to the XR version of Adderall.
