My vote was for the space out, get quiet, and ignore them as they pile up, and occasionally sit in a corner by myself... but I think this was of dealing with problems causes my insomnia to some extent, and dealing with stuff is harder when you havn't slept in a week. How can you change this mindset of inaction?

I look for a different way to deal with it. I hear journals are great for this. I drink tea or coffee as well. Helps me relax more. mmm i just finished off a pot of coffee! tea is great for the relaxation as well, and sleeping
