I recently bought a workbook by the title Living with ADD A Workbook for Adults with ADD written by M. Susan Roberts and Gerared J jansen. I have found this workbook to be very useful and ADD friendly. each chapter focusis on a diffrent Skill that many people with Add struggle with. Each chapter includes specific exercises to do to help inprove these weaknesses.
