I'm one of those individuals that requires 8+ hours of sleep a night. The more the better. The past two nights I've slept with my dog (NOrmally I don't) and she would move around. So I haven't gotten the quality that I apparently require. Plus I stayed up Sat. night about 2-3 hours past my bedtime. Husband out of town, etc. ...
I haven't had this problem with the Strattera so I'm not inclined to put it off to that. Plus I managed to forget my meds Sunday morning so it probabably hit unusually hard this morning. Usually with the S. I'm foggy until the meds hit my system. Then I am on top of the game. I do think that the S. amplifies any sleep deficiency.
I'm putting this down 100% to not enough sleep. I've taken a 3mcg. of melatonin so I should be toast in about 10...9...8....7...6...5...4...3...2...snore!
stratterra gave me a severe case of inertia. I had to force myself even to get out of bed. Perhaps it's no longer working? I'd check with your doctor and soon. It's hard to become unglued when ADHD keeps you down. But you must try - you already know that. Call. When they open in the morning.
Davidornado! You are too too funny.
Well, I went to bed last night at 9:30. Slept like a log, dreamt all night and I feel like a new person. Melatonin and an Aleve are miracle drugs. That and the glass of wine.
Now, somebody find me something to do!
Try working at night.I have crap I really need to be doing. But it feels like my brain is stuck in neutral. I can't pep up no matter how much caffeine I drink. My brain will not wake up. And I took my Strattera. Normally it doesn't do me this way.
So I just finished watching a documentary on Jack Nicolson. I don't even really care for Jack. I've got a house to pick up, laundry to do, and it's absolutely gorgeous outside and all I want to do is go to bed and sleep hard for about the next 10-12 hours.
and I slept last night. About 7 hours and a nap at 11:00 this morning.
Oh well, I guess some days are just more productive than others.
