working with ADHD | ADHD Information

I am leery about these types of articles.  New York Times magazine recently had an article about adult ADHD titled "OFFICE MESSES".  I don't think it did much to make an employer want to hire someone with ADHD.  Just the title itself has negative connotations.  I agree the poblem needs to be talked about and brought out into the open.  How to do this without making people who have ADHD look bad is a dilemma.  We already have a tendency to have self esteem issues, depression and anxiety.  -Gettingagrip-

Hello! I am a journalist working on a story about Adult ADHD. We're really hoping to open people's eyes to this and educate our audience about Adult ADHD. What I'm looking for is a few working adults who suffer from ADHD who would be willing to talk with me about the struggles and challenges that they face in an office-type work setting. We're really going for an ADHD in the Office type story, so please contact me if you work in an office (or other, strict work setting) and would be willing to talk about your experiences. Thank you for your time!

ditto.
It is a problem. I lost a job several years ago because of an incident that involved ADHD. I sent the writer an email discussing what happened because it does need to be talked about.
